Wooden Peel for pizza or bread baking. Available in a 12” or 16” round. The 12” peel has a 6” handle, and 16” peel has a 7” handle. The end of the peel is tapered to facilitate sliding the dough onto a stone. Available in maple, walnut, or cherry, and finished with food safe oil. Hand wash only.
